About

Merchants since 1960. Trading across borders today.

The Mas family has traded in Misiones since 1960: more than sixty-five years of commerce. Mas & Sons carries that experience, and the network of producers built over three generations, into international trade.

Why Misiones

Where the product is.

Posadas sits on the Paraná river, across from Paraguay, in a province bordered by Paraguay and Brazil. Misiones grows most of the world's yerba mate and all of Argentina's commercial tea, and together with Virasoro in Corrientes forms the country's largest planted-forest and sawmill region. We have lived and traded here for three generations; the producers are our neighbours.
