Misiones produces most of the world's yerba mate, all of Argentina's commercial tea and, with Corrientes, the country's largest planted-forest and sawmill region. Our relationships with growers, mills and sawmills here go back decades, and the same verification standard applies to every product we trade.

In those cases we approach producers with the buyer's letter of intent, the specification and the target volume already defined, and we ask for nothing until an NCNDA is signed by both sides. The producer deals with one counterpart, knows from the first message what is being bought, and keeps full control over price and terms.
Our access to China runs through bilateral chambers of commerce and the commercial representatives connected to them, which gives us a qualified route to industrial buyers and trading groups. We are building that network deliberately, starting with the products we know best. For a South American producer, this is a vetted path to Chinese demand; for a Chinese buyer, a counterpart on the ground at origin.

No contact, price or document is disclosed without a signed NCNDA. A producer is never exposed to a buyer until both parties are contractually protected.
Buyers provide a letter of intent and proof of funds. Producers provide verifiable product and documentation. All parties complete KYC.
