This website has no forms and does not use its own cookies, analytics or advertising tools. We only process the data you send us voluntarily by email, phone or other channels: name, position, company, contact details and the commercial and corporate documents exchanged in the course of a transaction, including those required for identity verification (KYC).
As with any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records technical browsing data, such as IP addresses, for security and operational purposes.
We use the data to answer your enquiries; to evaluate, document and execute commercial transactions; to carry out identity, sanctions and anti-money-laundering checks; and to comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell or assign personal data for commercial purposes. We share it only when a transaction requires it and with your knowledge: with counterparties bound by a confidentiality agreement (NCNDA), banks, inspection companies and professional advisers, or with authorities when the law so requires.
Because of the nature of international trade, your data may be transferred to counterparties, banks or inspectors located outside Argentina. By sending us information in the context of a transaction, you consent to these transfers under article 12 of Law No. 25,326.
We keep data for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable law. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against loss, unauthorised access or alteration.
You may request access to, rectification, updating or deletion of your data by writing to info@masandsons.com (Law No. 25,326, articles 14 to 16).
The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, in accordance with article 14, paragraph 3, of Law No. 25,326. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the supervisory authority of Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules on personal data protection.
